Tie Sosnowski

Chief Executive Officer,
Triland Development

Tie Sosnowski is the founder and director of Triland Development, which manages a group of companies developing real estate projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina.  These projects include the Embassy of Greece, the Kosevska Hills apartment complex and Triland's current project - Alta Shopping Center.  Triland is affiliated with Crow Holdings, one of America's leading real estate development companies.

Through Sosnowski's leadership Triland has grown substantially over the years and now employs over 20 individuals and has a current market value of - 20 million with projected market value of over - 70 million after completion of present projects.

He graduated with a B.A. in European History from Washington and Lee University in 1990 where he played basketball and was an all-conference sprinter.

Sosnowski is a founding member of FIC (Foreign Investors Council), AmCham (American Chamber of Commerce in BiH), and BREA (Bosnian Real Estate Association).  He also founded the professional basketball team "KK Triland" in order to provide an opportunity for Triland Development to become involved in the local community and make a difference in the future of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Aida Soko

Country Director / Senior Manager 
Pricewaterhouse Coopers

Since January 2008, Ms Aida Soko is Country Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers Office, Sarajevo.

Ms. Soko has over 13 years of extensive experience in financial sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Southeast Europe region. She was actively involved in preparation and development of comprehensive feasibility studies for vendors such as World Bank, Kreditanstalt für Wiederbau - German Development Bank, EFSE Development Facility.

She held various positions within European Fund for SouthEast Europe (EFSE) Bankakademie International. For 5 years Ms. Soko was Head of European Fund for Bosnia and Herzegovina at Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW).

Ms. Soko was member of the different working groups on local and regional level mainly related to the improvement of the business environment in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Southeast Europe region and development finance.

She holds B.S. in Economics from Faculty of Economics, University of Sarajevo.

Mr. Vojislav Puškarević

Head of Legal Division,
Raiffeisen Bank

Since September 2002 Mr. Vojislav Puškarević has been occupying the position of the Head of Legal Division at Raiffeisen Bank dd Bosnia and Herzegovina. For 21 years Mr. Puškarević had worked as Director of Legal and Personal Department of Energoinvest Factory. During the period from 1994-1996 he was a Canceller at Constructional Court of BiH.

Mr. Puškarević has six years of experience with the Office of the Ombudsperson and Commission for Real Property Claims of Displaced Persons and Refugees of BiH as a legal Advisor.

From 2003 until present he holds a position of the Chairman of Legal Commission at Association of the Banks of  FBiH and BiH.  
              
Mr. Puškarević graduated in Law at the Faculty of Law, University in Sarajevo. In 1991 Mr. Puškarević passed bar exam.

Mr. Puškarević is a newly elected member of the FIC Board of Directors,
effective April 01, 2010

 

 


Giulio Moreno

Head of Office,
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development

Mr. Giulio Moreno is the Senior Banker / Head of Office of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Resident   in Bosnia and Herzegovina.  For the last decade his professional experience is related to EBRD, where he has worked within the Financial Institutions Group based at the HQ in London supervising the activities in the Western Balkans and   prior to that as the Head of Office in Albania, overseeing activities in Kosovo area for two years.

Prior to EBRD, Mr Moreno has 11 years of experience with ENI S.p.A, one of the leading international companies in the energy sector, in various managerial roles. For the ENI S.p.A he worked in Italy, the US and the South-East.

He also worked for United Nations Development Program in Geneva and in Rome, as Program Officer in the European HQ and as Deputy Director of Centre for Small Energy Resources.

Mr. Moreno holds Master of Science degree in Foreign Affairs and B.S. in Political Science from the LUISS, Rome, Italy. In addition to that he has completed the College of Petroleum and Energy Studies at Oxford, United Kingdom

Mr. Moreno is a member of AIEE, Italian Chapter of IAEE and the International Association of Energy Economist.

In addition to Italian, he fluently speaks English, French, and basic Spanish.

Mr. Branimir Muidza

Country General Manager
at Heidelberg Cement Group

Mr. Branimir Muidza is Country General Manager at Heidelberg Cement Group, Kakanj cement in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Chairman of Supervisory Board TBG BH.  For the last seven years he has been present at the Company in various managing roles.

Priory joining to Heidelberg Cement Group, Mr. Muidza was a Broker agent and Analyst with Croatian company Flacius Vrijednosnice (Securities) d.o.o. for three years. He has also ran the company Financije i Racunovodstvo d.o.o. in Croatia.

He holds B.A. degree in Finance from University of the Economy and the Tourism, Rijeka, Pula, Croatia. Mr Muidza is Licensed Broker Agent for Trading Securities in Croatia.

Mr Muidza has successfully completed various career and management developmental programs organized by Business School St. Gallen, Harvard and Management Center Europe; and within the HeidelbergCement Group such as: Senior Management Development Program delivered by INSEAD, CEE Management Development Program and HC Executive Development Program.

He is Board member of the Association for promotion of German - B&H business affairs and member of Advisory Board of the University of Sarajevo - Faculty of Economics.

Mr. Muidza was elected as Business-man of the year in Bosnia and Herzegovina 2006 and 2007. In addition, he was SAP Project leader in 2001, 1st SAP implementation ever in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Mr Thomas Karl Tomsich

Since 2006 Mr. Thomas Karl Tomsich is a Member of the Executive Board at the Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank d.d. Mostar. He is in charge of strategy-development for the 2 Banks of Hypo Group Alpe Adria in BiH, treasury/funding, international organizations, anti-money
laundering, legal, branch coordination, management board-services, inter-company coordination with other companies/banks in Hypo Group Alpe Adria, etc.

From 2004 till 2006, Mr. Tomsich was Managing Director and CEO at Raiffeisen Leasing Bulgaria. In the period from 2003 till 2004, Mr. Tomsich was Managing Director at BA-CA Leasing in Ljubljana, and prior to that engagement for 4 years he was a Managing
Director at CA-SKB Leasing Ljubljana. He used to work for Tobacna d.d, Slovenia, Banka Creditanstalt d.d. Slovenia, Creditanstalt AG Austria and Ministry for Legal Affairs, Republic of Austria.

In 1983, Mr. Tomsich graduated in Law Studies at the University of Vienna, Major in International Law. In 1986 he has received acknowledgment for extraordinary achievement by the Academic Senate of the University. In 1988 Mr.
Tomsich completed Master of Law at University of Vienna.

He was a treasurer of the Rotary Club Ljubljana Emona and cofounder of Rotary Club Sofia International, Incoming President.

Mr. Tomsich speaks German, English, Slovene, Bosnian /Croatian/Serbian, Bulgarian and French.

Stevan Dimitrijevic

Attorney at Law

Mr. Stevan Dimitrijevic is Attorney at Law Admitted Republic of Srpska's Bar. He joined KN Karanovic & Nikolic Law Office Belgrade in 2006. Since 2007 he is back in Banja Luka to open his Attorney at Law office. Through his local practice Mr. Dimitrijevic maintains cooperation with KN Karanovic & Nikolic Law Office Belgrade.

Mr. Dimitrijevic has four years of experience with NLB Razvojna Banka a.d. Banja Luka as Head of the Management Cabinet and Secretary General of the Bank.

Previously he worked one year for National Bank of Greece S.A. Belgrade Branch as Legal Advisor and two years as a Coordinator of the Legal Department and Lawyer in Corporate Department at Agroprom Bank A.D. Banja Luka. In addition, he was Lawyer at the Council for Human Rights with Centre For Anti-War Action Belgrade.

Mr. Dimitrijevic graduated from the Faculty of Law University of Belgrade. He has completed various developmental programs related to banking, corporate governance, trading, development and dispute resolution in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, France, Romania and Serbia.

Ms Jasmina Lopicic

Executive Director for Finance

Ms Jasmina Lopicic has more then 10 years of experience in telecommunication sector in financing, accounting and budgeting issues.

Since 2007, Ms Lopicic is Executive Director for Finance at Telekom Srpske. In the period from 2001 till 2008 she held various positions at Telekom Srbije - Member of the Management Board, Member of the Supervisory Board, Director for Budgeting and Control Sector, Chief Officer of Budgeting and Control Division, and Head of Operational Control Department. Prior joining to Telekom Srbija, Ms Lopicic was Senior Economist at Public Enterprise PTT traffic "Srbija".

She holds B.S. in Economics from University Belgrade. In addition, she is completing post graduated studies at Faculty of Economics in Belgrade.

Ms Lopicic is director of Volleyball club "Postar 064" Belgrade and Vice President of the Association of volleyball clubs of the First national league of Serbia. In addition, she is a member of the Management board of Volleyball Federation of BiH.

Sead Miljkovic

Attorney at Law

Since 2005 Mr. Sead Miljkovic, Independent Attorney at Law, cooperates with the Wolf Theiss one of the premier law firms in Central and South-Eastern Europe. Mr Miljkovic field of expertise includes corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, labor law and privatization.

Mr Miljkovic's previous professional experience includes four years with the Office Bojana Tkalčić-Đulić Sarajevo as the Senior Legal Advisor and two years with High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the capacity of Deputy Head of Front Office.

In addition, he is a guest lecturer at the Sarajevo University, Law School and School of Economics.

Mr. Sead Miljkovic is a reelected member of the Foreign Investors Council Board of Directors

Mr. Mukund V. Kulkarni

CEO ArcelorMittal Zenica

Mr. Kulkarni's academic background includes Master degree (Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies, Bombay University, India) and Bachelor degree (Bachelor of Engineering - Metallurgy, VRCE Institute, Nagpur, India), and his professional 25-year-experience is crowned with variety of works with important roles and responsibilities: senior positions and team leader in various multinational steel companies in India (Kalyani Carpenter Corporation, Mahindra Ugine Steel Company; more than twenty years), Chief Operation Officer (PT INDO Ispat Surbaya, Indonesia; one year), Chief Executive Officer (ArcelorMittal Skopje, Macedonia; more than three years).

Mr. Kulkarni has been a CEO ArcelorMittal Zenica as of October 1st, 2009


Mr. Kulkarni is a newly elected member of the FIC Board of Directors, effective April 01, 2010
